Negro Chili is the fried ripe pepper pod of Capsium annuum, L Chili Pasilla Negro variety of Mexico. Black color with an aromatic sweet prune like aroma. Shiny, thin wrinkled surface up to 5-6 inches long.
Shelf life up to six months.
