“The Martinez” Cocktail Recipes

Ingredients

2 ice cubes
1-1/2 oz. Old Tom Gin
1-1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 t. Maraschino liqueur
2 dashes Orange bitters
Pinch of Tampico Spice’s Cayenne Pepper
1 twist of lemon/orange peel (garnish)</p

Directions

Fill mixing 50% with ice. Add gin, vermouth, maraschino, cayenne and bitters. Stir for 30 seconds, strain into martini glass. Garnish. Enjoy.
