Tampico Prepared Chili Powder
3 tablespoons cooking oil....1/2 teaspoon Tampico Cumin
1 pound beef or pork....3 tablespoons flour....1/2 teaspoon
salt
2 cups water....1/8 teaspoon Tampico black pepper
Mix
chili powder, flour and cumin, add water. Set aside. Dice
meat into small pieces. Heat oil in 2 1/2 quart saucepan,
add meat, salt and pepper. Cook until meat is done, about
15 minutes. Add chili mixture, bring to a boil. Reduce heat
and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve with
pinto beans or over rice if desired

4 to 6 servings.
