oz. Tampico chile Negro..1 tablespoon cooking oil
16 ozs. peeled tomatoes....1/4 teaspoon salt.
Remove
stems and seeds from chilies; roast lightly in hot oil in
skillet. Put chilies in blender, add tomatoes and salt. Blend
until smooth and even. Use as a sauce to spread on meat and
beans. Can also be used on barbecued foods.
