Tampico New Mexico Chili Pepper ....3 tablespoons cooking
oil
4 tablespoons flour.....1 pound ground beef....1 teaspoon
Tampico Oregano, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt....1/2 teaspoon Tampico Cumin....1/8
teaspoon Tampico pepper
2 cups water....1/16 teaspoon Tampico garlic powder...1/16
teaspoon onion powder..
Mix
chili pepper, flour, oregano and cumin; add water. set aside.
Heat oil in 2 1/2 quart saucepan; add beef, salt, pepper,
garlic powder and onion powder. Cook until meat is done. Add
chili mixture; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10
minutes, stiring frequently. Serve with pinto beans, rice
or noodles, if desired. Makes 4 to 6 servings
