Chili Pepper is made of the dried, stemless, ripe chili pepper
Capsicum annuum, L. It has a dark orange-red color with a midly
pungent aroma. Its flavor is spicy, warm persistent. The shelf
life is up to one year.
USES:
Green chile sauces and stews. Also stuffed as chiles rellenos.
