Coriander
is the dried fruit of Coriandrum sativm L., a plant in the parsley
family. It's color is tannish to brownish-yellow with a lemony, fragrant
and bologna-like aroma. It has a warm, spicy and sweet and fruity
aftertaste.
Shelf life up to one year.
USES:
Indian curries, gin, American cigarettes and sausages.
