Guajillo
Chili Pod is the dried ripe pepper pod of Capsicum annuum, L.
Marisol variety. It has a slightly sweet aroma and a Meduim
hot flavor. Itg is burgundy, shiny smooth surface 5-6 inches
long. Approximately 1 1/2 inches wide with stem. Shelf life
up to six months.
USES:
Salsa, soups, stews and chile sauces.
