Mexico Chili is the dried ripe pepper pod of Capsicum annuum,
L. of Sandia variety. Its color is natural burgandy with a slightly
sweet aroma. It's flavor is slightly pungent and sweet. It is
shiny, smooth surface, 6-8 inches long, 2 inches wide with stem.
Shelf life up to six months.
                                                                         
USES:
