Tarragon
is from Aremisia dracunculus. It is a small, shrubby herb in the sunflower
family. It is Light to dark green with an anise like taste.
Shelf life up to one year.
USES:
Chicken, seafood, egg dishes, pickles, soups and stews. Various
French dishes.
